A $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Refund requests received after September 25, 2026, for MODERN SALON Boot Camp: Philadelphia, PA will not qualify for a refund.

After September 25, 2026, for MODERN SALON Boot Camp: Philadelphia, PA, only those cancellations accompanied by a doctor's note stating a medical condition prevents you from attending may be rolled into the 2027 spring event or transferred to a colleague from the same company. No exceptions will be made for non-medical cancellations.

*Please note: To qualify for a Boot Camp Attendee Ticket, you must be a salon professional. Sales reps and individuals providing support services to a salon must purchase a sponsorship. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance.

By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on the 2026 MODERN SALON Boot Camp (MSBC) and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, please register only once. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend.

PERSONAL INFORMATION USAGE STATEMENT/ CONSENT

By completing the event registration form you consent to Bobit Business Media’s Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters and other promotional communications from Bobit Business Media and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).

CODE OF CONDUCT

MSBC is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, collaborative and productive environment for all event participants.

MSBC has a zero-tolerance harassment policy and discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion will not be tolerated. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

Participants violating these rules and expectations will be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Physical violence will result in lifetime banishment from MSBC/Bobit Business Media events regardless of fault.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By attending the MSBC, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the MSBC. You also authorize the MSBC to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.

Parking at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue, is complimentary for all Boot Camp attendees that are visiting for the day or staying overnight at the hotel. You will receive a parking validation once you have checked in at the event.

Registration opens at 9:00 AM on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026. We recommend arriving at 9:00 am to pick-up your event badge, grab some coffee and start your day with networking. The first session kicks off at 10:00 AM!

Registration will be located in Reception Suite.
